Meet the Team
I graduated in 2010 with an Exercise Science degree from Ball State University. Shortly after, I established my business out of Indianapolis in 2012, where I have been practicing ever since. With a passion for education, I aim to emphasize teaching my clients to not only better themselves, but to help initiate change for their friends, family, and even workplaces.
Whether it be through exercise, dietary patterns, sleep hygiene, or stress management recommendations, my top priority is helping as many people as possible in any way that I can. I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of unique clients over the years, in addition to several organizations and businesses. Butler University has also brought me in to teach as an Adjunct Professor for their "Physical Well Being" course offering in the spring of 2020.
When I'm not serving the people I care about, you can catch me wandering around my beautiful Butler Tarkington neighborhood, probably alongside my brilliant wife and our four-legged furry friend, Murphy.
I recently graduated in May 2021 with a Biology degree from Butler University. Go Dawgs! I obtained my personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine in January of 2021.
My fitness philosophy: strive for progress, not perfection! When it comes to establishing a workout regimen, it is important to set smaller, attainable goals for yourself. This way, you are more likely to stick with your routine and turn it into a lifestyle change. I have a passion for helping others achieve the goals and results that they have always wanted. I enjoy working with people of all ages and at all different fitness levels. I want to help you get stronger, fitter, and become the best version of yourself.
In my free time, I love to run and spend time with my family and friends. I have completed two half marathons with a third one on the horizon. I am originally from Batesville, Indiana but now enjoy living in Indianapolis, and love all the city has to offer.
